Refund & Cancellation Policy for www.sstcha.com

A – You have enrolled for the Resonance Program

There are no refunds or transfers possible for this program.

B – You have enrolled for the Craniosacral Therapy Advanced Training Programs.

1. The course fee is refundable up to 90 days before the course begins. An admin fee of Rs 5000 will be deducted from the amount we received before processing your refund.
2. If there are less than 90 days before the course begins, and you choose to cancel, you will be refunded 10% of whatever you paid.
3. Advanced Seminars are conducted by trainers from all over the world and we enforce very strict limits to the number of people attending these courses. As such, you cannot transfer to another date with the same or other trainer. See points 1 and 2 for refunds.
4. If you wish to transfer the participation on a course to another person, there will be an admin charge of Rs 5000 – that other person needs to meet the eligibility criteria for the course in question.
5. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
6. If you have availed any discounted rates or special offers, no refunds and transfers will be possible.
7. If the training has been closed, meaning that no more registrations are allowed on that training, then no refunds or transfers will be possible for that training.
